What we collect
When you start a case, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, state, insurance company, offer amount, vehicle details, mileage, and any notes — plus the files you upload (your valuation report as PDF or photos).
Why we collect it
One reason only: to review your case and get back to you. We use your email to reply, and your documents to do the audit. That’s it.
How it’s stored
Your submission is delivered by email to the founder, who reviews each case personally. We don’t run a database of your documents. Once your case closes, your documents are deleted.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share your documents with third parties beyond the email service that delivers your submission to us. No advertising lists, no data brokers.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, aggregate page analytics (Vercel Analytics) to see how many people visit the site. It doesn’t use cookies to track you across the web.
Your choices
Want your data deleted before your case closes, or a copy of what we hold? Email us and we’ll take care of it.
